1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1.1. We deliver our products within India and to all International locations except within the territory of North Korea;
1.2. The products are dispatched within 10-14 working days of the successful placement of the orders.
1.3. Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the Customer on the registered e-mail address and phone number, as provided;
1.4. We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However, the product delivery may sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We provide free-shipping within the territory of India for all the prepaid orders where the value of the shipment is INR 50,000 or above whereas, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee of INR 1000 for all orders below INR 50,000.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We provide free-shipping towards all international orders where the value of the shipment is above USD 1000 whereas, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee of USD 60 for all orders below USD 1000.
COD option is not available on International orders.
Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the destination country. Such charges will be solely borne by the Customer.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
A. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
B. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are applicable only if:
- The product is from our Classic Collection (non-handmade).
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The product is returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
C. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 Working days after approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Any payment gateway or Shopify transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount
D. Return Process
- Submit your return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery via our website or email customerservice@janaviindia.com
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
- We do not provide return pickup services
- The product must be securely packed and shipped by the customer to the provided return address
- The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping cost
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost shipments
E. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected by our team.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any request based on product condition and policy compliance.
F. Important Notes
- Online purchases are not eligible for in-store returns
- Shipping charges (both forward and return) are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
